Return and Exchange

1. You are eligible for the refund/exchange in case you do not like the product.You have 7 days to notify us via email on (support@stage.asharfidesign.com)that you wish to return the items from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. Under no circumstance the return/refund will be provided if we are not informed within 7 days via email. All the refund will be in form of store credit only.

2.The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition that it was shipped to you. If the products are returned in a poor condition or have clearly been worn then we will not be able to refund your money.

4. You can get in touch with us about any issue at our customer support portal and we will gladly solve it for you. You can also reach out on Instagram @asharfi_design for a faster response. All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.

5. Kindly allow 7 days for the returns to be processed and the amount to be reflected against your email id.

6. Since we are slow fashion brand , all orders we receive is made with uttermost care and craft, so if you don't like the product we will provide you with credit for the return orders which can be used anytime in the future.

7. We recommend to choose the best size as per our size chart or contact us so that customer care executive can help in selecting the same. Exchange charge of 150 Rs applicable for exchanges. We have unlimited exchanges available for you.

8. Request you all to please try to contact ASAP if you want to cancel the order, so that we can cancel it before we ship it. Not only it will save us the hassle but also it save us the shipping charges.

9. Any customized order or order on sale above 20 % is not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

10. If you want to issue a Gift Card, kindly note that only Prepaid orders would be accepted.
